揹巾實戰技巧 第14招
解鎖：揹寶寶時涼感降溫技巧！
Tip1. 挑選輕盈又親膚的網布透氣揹巾。
Tip2. 輕薄穿著，並隨時補充水份或噴灑水霧。
Tip3. 適時放開單邊肩帶，增加透氣面積！
Tip4. 電風扇或扇子是散熱最佳外援！
Tip5. 挑選側面裸空設計，幫助身體接觸熱源通風！
Tip6. 轉換姿勢，面外揹或是後揹！
貼心小提醒
大熱天揹巾穿戴原則：
- 揹巾要算一件衣服的厚度，所以大人小孩都要少穿一件。
- 大人小孩都要隨時補充水分，或用水霧噴灑頭、手、腳幫助降溫。
- 儘可能增加通風的機會，裸露的皮膚能調節體溫。
- 使用親膚透氣布料的揹巾，搧扇子或安全的小電風扇也是小法寶。
- 儘量不要直曬太陽，尋找遮蔽或陰影處。
- 和寶寶中間可以放上一條吸汗的薄棉布，減少黏膩感。
- 六個月以上的寶寶可考慮側揹或後揹。
- 相信直覺，如果大人或寶寶感覺太熱，請脱下來休息！
- 以冰袋直接/間接接觸皮膚都容易凍傷，應該避免。
